About Chris

The more I think back on my life, the more difficult it becomes to recall a moment when there wasn’t a camera involved. At every family get-together, every vacation, and every sporting event, there was always a camera to be found. So, when high school rolled around and I was given the opportunity to serve as the yearbook photographer, I leaped at the chance! And I have been shooting ever since.

Currently, I am serving as a professor and faculty lead for the photography program at Houston Community College and have been working as a professor since 2009. I absolutely love my job and am constantly amazed at the creativity of my students. And I am always on the lookout for new contacts, organizations, and internship opportunities that I can partner my students with.

While I am primarily focused on my teaching, I still love to shoot any chance I get. I cover Portraits, Cosplay, Fashion, Editorials, and Events. I also love working on collaborative projects, so if there is a special project you have in mind, don't hesitate to contact me.

And feel free to check out my Instagram page for updates on my latest work.
